I purchased around $85 dollars worth of bitcoin from Coinstars Coinme location in my local grocery store and when trying to redeem my bitcoin I never have been able to. Recently I decided to try and redeem my bitcoin again because I stumbled across my ticket that they print you and I attempted yet again to redeem my bitcoin. This time the company told me that I had already redeemed my bitcoin. I followed the block chain and noticed that the bitcoin that I bought, made its way into a bitcoin wallet that had over 3 Million bitcoin. That is $162,000,000,000 dollars today. This is a problem this legitimate company is stealing from people that have nothing.

Upon contacting support and telling them exactly what they are doing to people all they did was make my accounts locked to where I cannot log in anymore. Basically covering their behinds so I can't take screenshots they never tried to make it right and I witnessed with my own eyes the scale of this scam it is HUGE I KNOW I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY. FOR SOME REASON YOU CANT FIND the correct company on Bbb.org. thanks
