After a month, I could no longer access my tracking number, so I waited another month, as the shipment was coming from China. After the month, I contacted the seller via the confirmation email they'd sent, asking about the status of my shipment--I didn't hear back from them, but when I clicked on the tracking link, I was able to access it and discovered my parcel should have arrived. I contacted them again to inform them I hadn't received my package and asked them what action they would take to correct it.
After a week of not hearing from them, I double-checked Google to make sure the site, ****** ******, was legitimate and found a post by them warning of a scam. I checked the URL of the site I'd ordered from and discovered it was not actually ****** ******** official site.
