I sent PayPal $61.93 back in May 2020 for a lake weed cutter to [email protected]. I never received a shipping date and the vendor, Wei Chen, never replied. When I reported it to PayPal they said “case closed” and won’t respond. Rip off.

I can't believe it! I ordered a Bluelab PH combo meter from a website called cellulos.com on May 1st 2020 and paid with paypal so I would be safe if it was a scam. the paypal account I paid the money to was the same [email protected]. They said it shipped and gave me a tracking number and I received my package ...with 2 face masks in it. they have claimed to re-ship my PH meter 3 times now and given me a phony tracking number each time and are trying to only refund me part of my money claiming they spent all this money on my order already. Paypal keeps stalling their decision again and again and they are pissing me off. This criminal needs to get thrown in prison!

The same thing happened to me and the same site was involved they sent me two face mask the had me take apic of it the the sent me another tracking number saying that it was free and i would not need to pay anything more and they emailed me every night around midnight telling me that it was on its way and when i would check the tracking # it showed that it was in my town and awaiting delivery and finally today it says to contack the seller this has been going on for 4 months

May 1,2020 I ordered a Makita MM4EB7650TH back pack leaf blower from Coldquar for $67.38 (and free shipping). I paid through Pay Pal (paid to [email protected] Chen) because I thought I would be safe in ordering. All correspondence had been going through my son and his email address. I also replied to the company. By June 15th I had not received my product. They provided tracking# LS335468636CN. I received 2 face masks with this track#. I sent pictures to the company. They wanted to keep $7.00, then offered $50.00 and then 60% refund. They admitted that the warehouse sent wrong item. They claimed that they needed the money for costs for transportation, shipping, customs and commissions on the product. I advised that they needed to refund the entire amount because correct product was ever sent, so therefore they were not out any money. They keep stalling and trying to make deals with me. I believe they are fraudulent using a U.S. address and product coming from another country.
