The order for women's clothing was placed at the site Coldwater Creek on November 12, 2023. The order number is 2023111222128277. My credit card was charged on that date. The merchandise has not been received. I have contacted the company several times. They insist that the package was delivered. It was not. the Post Office confirms that the package was not delivered, and that the tracking number I was given (AM085528419CN China Post) is invalid. I have seen several people report on Facebook that they have also ordered and not received merchandise from this company. I think it may be a spoof of the actual company.. I have reported this to my credit card company. They are investigating. I think a warning to others is in order. thank you
