I got a letter from *** *** stating that I owed over 300 for a magazine that I wouldn't read if it was free. I was unable to contact them by the phone number listed on the letter or through their website. I am not paying for goods I neither ordered nor received .

Debt collectors claiming that I owe money for a magazine subscription. I do not purchase magazines. Amount of $332.50

I called three different numbers for the company and got the same pre-recorded message. All it asks for is payment. Even when I go to dispute it on the website it has a pay now button.

I received a letter from *** *** It says that they are a collection agency and I owe $365.75 for ** *** ***. I do not even get magazines. Unless I notify them within 30 days, they will assume the debt is valid. I can send a written request within 30 days and they will provide me with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor. This is ridiculous. I have no idea what they are talking about. I've also been receiving 911 calls on my phone at all hours, day and midnight. What can I do?????

Received collection notice in the amount of $365.75 supposedly for some magazines *** *** *** that I not only have never subscribed to, I have never even seen or ever held one my hands. The phone number they list is only for the purpose of receiving payments by phone with no way of speaking to them. I went to their website and filed a dispute. Their website states that they would contact me within 48 hours of receiving my dispute complaint. It has been nearly a week and I have yet to hear from them.

You cannot contact them in person, their 800 number only tells you how to pay on line and their website contact us box comes back as unavailable. I called the company they are trying to collect for US Weekly Magazine; and they told me that I have never had an account with them. I think that they are scamming people

Received by postal mail, a letter from Collect Pros, stating "This is an attempt to collect a Debt". It was for US Weekly Magazine, owing $249.10, due now. I never ordered this magazine, never received this magazine cause I didn't order it! They only give you options to pay, can not talk to a person about it. There number is 1-877-439-1825. I was able to live chat with ScamPulse.com and they show this company is NOT credited. I looked on other links referencing Collect Pro and they have many reviews of this company being a SCAM. I'm not paying.

I received a letter stating it was an attempt to close an account regarding a product I did not order: Mango Cleanse, ref. #363786, amount due $79.95. The letter demanded payment or else they would charge me more. It said I can pay by phone, mail or online. I called to tell them there was a mistake, but of course there's no one to talk to.
