A letter from the law firm stating I am a defendant in cause no. DC78-TX2023-0720 in Wichita County TX claiming I owe $966.79 in taxes going back to 2002 to City of Wichita Falls, Wichita Falls Independent School District, and Wichita County, plus court fees for Property Code 157877 CPC: 01503760000 informing me to sign, have notarized, and return the Waiver of Citation allowing the Court to proceed with the case. If I don’t return the Waiver I will be served by a local sheriff or constable and insured $125 additional court fees.
