It came up on my cell phone as unavailable. It came up at 2:17pm 3-10-17. She called I answered the phone and the girl on there I asked her what it was about. She said she was making a call on behalf of Tiffany Jones. She asked for my husband if he was there. Then, I asked her what it was about, she transferred me to Tiffany Jones. And Tiffany Jones told me that I needed to make a payment on this account and asked her who it was from and she said something "control (part of the name of the company she was calling for). When I asked her what company wanted the money that's when she told me it was Check N Go. She told me that I needed to make a payment on this account because they were going to charge my husband with fraud. And I told her we didn't have any money, I told her why, and told her we had spoken with people at Check N Go and explained that we would pay when could. Then she said well, they were going to put a warrant out for husband's arrest 9a.m. Monday morning if we didn't make a payment. Then I said we don't have any money, we can't afford it and we can't get a loan from anyone. I told her we didn't have the money to give her and I asked her how much and she said $6,045. Then I said well there is no way we can make anything like that. She said well hold on let me talk to them and see what account you can pay. Then she had me on hold for about 5 minutes, she said if you made a payment $ 1,369.87. I said there is no possible way to give you that much money, I don't have it. She said what I'll do is give you an hour to call your friends and family and see if you can get that amount. That was at 2:32pm. And I told her there was no way, I didn't have anyone that could give me that much money. She told me that I had to call back by 3:30pm or they were putting out the arrest warrant tonight. Then when I called her back at 3:30pm that I could make a payment of $25, but that was most I could do at this time. She said well they are not going to take anything less than $400. Then I said there is no way, I don't even get paid until next week. And then she asked how much can you give me then? I told her I didn't know. My sister had already called my niece who works for another check cashing business, she said they could garnish my wages, but not arrest. Then my sister in the background said I am calling the ScamPulse.com and the caller heard her and she said she can call the ScamPulse.com. Then I said ok, but there's no way I can pay that amount. She said have a good weekend, and you'll be arrested Monday morning. She hung up on me.
