Ordered a high value collectible. Got an order confirmation email. Requested tracking information. Tracking information was provided. Item was shown as delivered, this is where it gets messed up. I did not receive the item even though the tracking showed delivered. Contacted the company they said they would investigate. I investigated on my own and contacted UPS. UPS said that the address and person that they shipped to did not match my information, but the address was in my zipcode. Went to the address that they said it was shipped to. It was one of my neighbors. The box that showed up there was empty. Tried to reach out again to the company and they ghosted me. Luckily I paid with Paypal and I sent all of the information to them and they conducted an investigation and refunded my money. This company is scamming people using made up high value items as products on their site, getting people to pay for them and then sending nothing but showing they sent it using a tracking number for a package with nothing in it. These people need to be taken down before they scam anyone else.
