Identified herself as Sarah Reed with College Education Center. Said my son (used his name) had requested help on his PSAT form and they were offering test prep CDs/thumb drive and 30 days of access to free tutors. Cost would be a $250 deposit that would be refunded when the materials are returned in 30 days. Claimed she was a single mom of two boys, is getting over a cold (coughing), and seemed genuinely interested in helping kids succeed.
