They bought my son's name and my phone number from one of the college fair that my son attended. They called me with the sales pitch that my son has signed up for some SAT preparation materials. They said that the materials are refundable once sent back.

I contacted my son and my ex-wife about these materials some time later. They said they have never ordered those, and they have no idea what it is. I asked them to send these materials back which they did. Eventually, this "company" has a 30-day review window which we supposedly didn't make (they called me on June 21, and the items were sent back on July 26), so the items were sent back to us, and the money were not refunded.

My phone is also on a "do not call" list, so they had no rights contacting me.
