On July 16, 2019, I purchased two (2) tickets at $30.00 each (for a total of $60.00) for the Color Craze Fest scheduled for Saturday, October 26, 2019 in Chicago, Illinois. I received a confirmation email (with a confirmation number) on July 24, 2019 from [email protected] that my order was complete and that my tickets would be emailed to me separately. I never received that email. Multiple attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful. I emailed Color Craze Fest on two occasions at the email address listed on their website ([email protected]) to inquire about the tickets that were never sent and received an auto reply both times indicating "The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist." The website does not list a contact telephone number nor is there a mailing or company address listed. The website has the option to initiate a "real-time" chat but my messages through this method went unanswered. I was unable to find additional Color Craze Fest information using Google on the Internet. As a result, I paid for two tickets and was unable to attend the event because I did not have the tickets and also did not have location information for the event. I opened a dispute claim through my bank and notified the Boston ScamPulse.com branch.
