I have been working with this company for a day or so through the Support Forum, and have complained that they have been very misleading about the products they sell. The site sells website templates and WordPress themes it seems, but they do not specify which is which until after the item has been purchased. I made a complaint to the group and suggested that they place compatibility warnings on their site to keep customers happy and informed them they did not reply. I also requested a refund because what was purchased, although it was listed as a WordPress theme turns out to be completely useless to me. I have already moved on to a new method to satisfy my customer, but would like to make sure other users do not fall prey to the same poor business practices.
