They offered a buy one get one free sale. Placed my order back in July, and never received. Made email inquiries, requested a refund and no response or product received. I'm actually surprised that Facebook doesn't confirm the validity of vendors that they allow to market in their platform. I'm disappointed to have to write this kind of review. I'm even more upset that I never received the shipment.

Made an order for a friend on April 23rd, it is now August 6th and I have yet to receive a response to my numerous emails asking for a refund. That’s all I want at this point. Months ago to responded once or twice to say that there was a delay in shipping, but that it would be shipped soon. That has yet to happen and I don’t even want the products anymore.

Ordered some lipstick April 24th and never received it. Emailed them on May 17th and got a response that told me to give it another 3-5 weeks. Emailed them again on June 17th and never got a response back. I ended up disputing the charge on June 30th with my bank and got my money back.

I clicked on this website that looked like they were selling colorpop lipstick. I ordered january 13th. I never recieved product and after months of emails am now getting ignored and they have blocked me from there facebook site.
