The website purported to be an authentic Colorado Avalanche merchandise shop, but the product they sent was of poor quality, and included the Pittsburgh Penguins logo on the front instead of the Colorado Avalanche logo. After mentioning this to the merchant through their website, they offered only partial refunds and resisted any suggestion of returning or exchanging the product. Upon closer scrutiny their website includes multiple spelling and grammar errors, limited means of contact, and the "about" page is literal "lorem ipsum" sample text. The website includes the visa, MasterCard, macafee security, and ScamPulse.com logos at the bottom of each page.
