items from this legitimate looking website that appears to be affiliated with REI. I created an account with username and password. I
provided billing and shipping addresses. I also provided my full name. Payment was made with my American Express credit card
through paypal. After a few days I checked my email and noted that the order was recieved, but no shipping information was
available. I checked again today and there was not status change notification via email. I tried to call the company, the phone number
has been busy on two tries. When you click the chat button, the number for REI is provided. I called REI. They have not record of my
purchase. I inquired regarding this retailer to determine if they are familiar or affiliated with this company. I was informed that this is a
known fraudulent website and REI is currenlty involved in legal action with this group. I have contacted my credit card company to
dispute the charge. I was referred to Paypal by my credit card company and provided a customer service number. I may also file a
police report.
