Motorcycle add on Craigslist. Sincere and seemingly legitimate story tied to an extremely undervalued motorcycle. The seller only wanted to sell the item through a shipping company named Colorado shipping. The company’s website seemed legitimate and even the emailed invoice requesting wire transfer for the full ammount. When calling the shipping company in question, one guy answered and couldn’t explain to me how the company worked or how I could get my own item shipped through them. He wanted to send me an email explaining how everything worked, when I refused the email explanation and insisted for an in person answer he got very audibly nervous and suddenly hung up. I called back and a different guy answered and half way into me explaining why I was calling he recognized me to be the same caller and hung up on me again. Since, neither the Craigslist seller (Helen Carter), nor the shipping company requesting a 4 thousand dollar wire transfer will answer the phone or reply in any way. This is without question an internet scamming operation that needs to be held responsible for their fraudulent misdoings.
