I purchased a product called the Aspen Ballhead from the website and paid the full amount plus delivery. This purchase happened on 9/7/2021 which is almost two years ago. This product was stated as being on back order and I knew that I was going to have to wait for delivery but not for this long. Since purchasing, I have sent many emails inquiring into the status as well as asking for my money back. I never got a reply or response. I also used the on-line chat on their website to ask for a response and they never responded. I also called the customer service number on their website and I did get to talk to a rep who took down the information but never responded or resolved the issue. This company is deliberately unreachable and not responding to customers and has no intention of ever delivering purchased products to customers. This company is a scam and is fraudulently ripping off customers like me.
