I placed an order on October 29th and never received anything about shipping. I asked for a refund on November 23rd and am getting the same reply as I did before. Here's the email: Dear customer,

Thanks for your shopping at our store.

We have received your order and are processing it.

We will ship as soon as possible, Can you wait for a few days? We have arranged priority shipment of your order.

After the goods are shipped, the system will send you an email to inform you that it has been shipped, and will provide a logistics tracking number to facilitate your logistics query.

If you can’t find the information, you can contact us and we will send you the latest logistics information.

Was suggested to this company via Instagram and I ordered 2 items from them. Received email confirmation of the purchase, and after 10 days without notification of shipping, I emailed the company with their listed email for questions. It states the response will come within 24 hours, however it's been 4 days. I direct messaged them with no response.
