A person called Matt Strong call and says he is delivering a summons to appear in court for debt of a deceased love one. The number on the ID is 200 pr 210. He says it can be solved by calling 1-888-676-4181 who when called proceeds to threaten to take your house and bank account unless you pay up with a bank acct or debt card. Will not give you an address or fax number. The guy says he reresents Colt and Burns law firm. None of this is real and he has an drawl to his voice.
