I used the watch band and it broke 10 days after purchasing so they sent me a replacement which was not the same color or style.
The battery case never worked well. It did not charge and the charger was loose. I sent it back and they confirmed there was a problem with the case and sent me a new one. The new one would charge but was also not well made (for $250!). Amazon sells these for $50 and are probably the same or better quality.
I contacted the store AGAIN and told them I had the same issue and asked for a refund. They said because it was past the 30 day return they would not refund me but send me a new one. I told them 2 of them have not worked and it took more than 30 days because we kept having to go back and forth.
Horrible customer experience in the store because as soon as I told the guy no thank you to the $1000 headphones he put his earphones in and hopped on a recliner in the store and ignored me. Super rude even though I already bought the watch band and non-working battery case.
Yes I know it is Las Vegas, but they were 100% a scam. I doubt any of their poorly made products work. Never going there again and telling all friends and family to avoid.
