My husband ******* ******* he is on the account also) and I paid $3,500.00 on December 13, 2022 with our debit card for complete engineer-made plans that included house plans, plumbing plans, electrical, etc. to include anything and everything needed for plans for a home-build for a barndominium. We were promised by the salesman that we would have completed plans by March 2023, no later than April 2023 at the latest, with even starting to build in April 2023. It is now March 2024 (15 months after we paid $3500.00 and we have nothing but a rough draft and it wasn't even done by an ENGINEER!).

There are several ScamPulse.com complaints on him, LLR complaints from the South Carolina Dept. of Consumer Affairs, FBI fraud reports filed as well.

The owner of this company has refused to give us a refund (has refused to give refunds to other customers with my same issue) and it takes months to hear from anyone in this company.
