Called a locksmith to meet my maintenance coordinator at two properties. I was asked to give my cc info, which I showed reservation in doing. When doing so the rep at the company informed me to not worry that the credit would not be charged until price was told to the person onsite. Also said that no one would be dispatched without a credit card on file. A quote was never given for the work prior to locksmith completing job. The locksmith told to the person onsite that this was all taken care of and he would have the work completed. He said it would take awhile and that he would meet her back at the office to sign off on job. He showed up and had the job signed off on, but charged $1300 for two properties that were locked out. The pricing is insane and unheard of, not to mention this pricing was never talked about with the onsite person. When I called to discuss this matter I was told someone would call me to go over details. After receiving a call from the locksmith who performed work, I was presented with nothing but lies and excuses. Ultimately the locksmith admitted that he did not quote the work, saying "I told her that it would cost a lot of money". We asked to simply get access to unit and the locksmith performed over and beyond what we asked for while no one approved and then charged us for it. After speaking with the locksmith a few times to gain some sort of clarity, I was never really given reasonable answers. I called the office again to get full names of the rep who answered the phone and of the locksmith who performed the work. She refused to give me a last name for herself and then gave me the name Jimmy Johns for the locksmith who showed up. At that point I realized that this company is out to scam consumers and play games when someone has a dispute. She proceeded to hang up on me and ignore my calls when I expressed this to her. Warn all consumers away from this company. This entity should not exist.
