I placed an online order on Colyra's website on 12/29/2022 for a long sleeve cardigan. It took them over a month to deliver the item. I had to contact the company multiple times just to get a tracking number, which did not provide a status of the shipment for the full month it took for the item to be delivered. The status of the item was "label created" for the full month. The item I received was not the same as the one shown in the photo on the company's website. The material and overall fabric structure and look of the item was different. I contacted the company on the same day by email (the only option provided) and requested a refund. They offered to refund me $9 because the warehouse is in Dubai and it’s not cost effective for them to have the item returned. The item was shipped to me by Raymond, 12319 Telegraph Rd, Santa Fe Springs, CA. This company is clearly fraudulent and is involved in misadvertisement of their merchandise.
