I ordered a leaf collector for me and my mother for 49.99 each. It was from the tiktok store. The order never arrived, the website is down. This was a complete scam!

Never shipped and now turned off website

I ordered a rolling leaf collector from TikTok (looked like a good product). Their track shipping notification said that they shipped it, and it arrived. Our postbox manager said that it never arrived. When i went back to check on the status online it said the order was canceled, I emailed to ask why it was canceled, and I received no warning or refund. I received nothing back. Two days later the website has been turned off. COMPLETE FRAUD. I reported to my credit card company.

I ordered a rolling leaf collector. They claimed to ship it and it was signed for by a person that does not exist. When I contacted them, they claimed the item was sent to the wrong address and they would not only send me a replacement but also refund my money. This never happened. They stopped responding to my email.

This company goes by both Comb and Comby Trends. They advertise on TikTok and they do not permit commenting on their posts. https://www.trendscomby.com/ is their website.
