Scammer called to alert me that someone had been using my internet for the last several days and they needed to gain access to my computer to verify this issue. I asked for verification because i was going to call Comcast and verify with them that this was a legit call. The scammer said his name was Josh Matthews and his employee id is 8012669 and that he was with Comcast Networking and the call back number he gave was 1-805-262-7038. I called and spoke to Comcast and the confirmed that they did not have a Networking dept and they didn't recognize the number. I called the scammer back and explained what I had found out and the scammer cursed at me and hung up.
