Type of a scam Online Purchase
I received an email from the company stating my order #45 was "Processing".
4/16/20 I emailed [email protected] to get an answer on the shipping status my order.
4/16/20 I called the contact number found on the website twice: 419-718-2333. Received an automated message. I left msgs with my request for shipping status and my callback number.
4/17/20 I sent an email to [email protected] requesting shipping status.
4/19/20 I sent another email to [email protected] for a status update.
4/21/20 I found another # 800-426-4840 supposedly associated with Comdub.com. It was an REI company customer service #. The CSR I spoke with confirmed Comdub was "mirroring" REI and in fact REI is not associated with Comdub in any way.
