I ordered shoes from this company thinking they were the real company which is called Comfort Wear.

I realized shortly after I ordered the shoes that it was a company selling knock offs of the real shoes. Above is the link to their 1 star reviews. Everyone was scammed.

I tried to cancel the order through their website and email several times and only received generated reply’s. Then some person named Anna tried to tell me that they weren’t a scam and that they just shipped the shoes. This is after I told them to cancel me order over and over.

They are using all of the pictures and info about the shoes off of the real company’s website.

Their address is somewhere on the island of Cyprus in Europe but several people in the reviews stated that the shoes shipped from China so when they tried to return them they would have to pay huge shipping fees to send them back. The shoes are only $54 and the shipping back would be over $35 so customers aren’t shipping them back because why bother at that point.

I am very mad about this. I am disabled and receive SSI as my only form of income. I wanted the shoes to help me walk better without pain. I had to save my money to buy them. Ugh!

Please look into this company and shut their ***** down!

online shoe sales, upon careful review of their return policy, it cost more than the shoes to return. This site needs to be removed.

The advertising for their products is not truthful, received my order after nearly 4 weeks and when I opened the package the chemical smell was so overpowering had to immediately set package aside. After finally looking at the product discovered they were cheaply made out of plastic with no actual arch support & very thin soles. This is suppose to be an orthotic shoe for people with foot needs like arch support or plantar fasciitis or flat feet.

They are not located in the USA but seem to ship items from US addresses but to return you must ship to China at your expense.
