Saw ad through FB but went to direct website. Deal for nurses was 2 pr shoes for 1 price. 45 day money back guarantee. When the shoes arrived they were not orthopedic and way too small. I completely customer service info request (name, email, ph) for exchange. Got run around about offers in lieu of exchange- no refunds. Was then offered special gift care which I could use to purchase new pair and “pay the difference”. Asked for clarification and in reply was told I can donate to Salvation Army (link included) or other donation center, submit donation ticket to the scam company and they may then initiate refund policy. -I chose none of them based on reviews, and fact that it’s clearly a scam with click bait links to God knows what corrupt place.

I filed complaint with ScamPulse.com and will file a complaint with my bank regarding fraud from sham company.

The website says 45 day risk, free return, or your money back guaranteed unfortunately you not get your money back at all whatsoever they give you the runaround and try to offer you other offers to appease you. I’ve had three emails with them asking for my money back and they keep saying, though that they’ll give me a discount on other shoes. I do not want other shoes. I just want my money back it’s false advertising.

I ordered shoes for my job because I stand all day. This business advertised these Ortho shoes for people who work all day. I ordered two pairs of shoes and a pair of compression socks that were a part of the deal. I got the shoes for $125.00, because they were on special deal. I paid for the shoes, I was notified that they were going to send me a verification request for my address to make sure it was correct. So when I didn’t get the verification message I figure everything was fine. About 7 days later I didn’t get them. My tracking number wasn’t right, I call my local post office no luck there either. When I notified them they said it wasn’t there problem because the shoes were sent and delivered already. I told them they were not sent to me. So they sent me a pic of where the shoes were delivered and I told them that wasn’t where I lived. And now they won’t talk to me all. By the way I live at the Extended Stay Hotel, the pic I received was from a business that I don’t recognize, it is not the Extended Stay Hotel.
