I saw an ad on tiktok for a sale on sweatpants for $4. When I went on the website, the sale was also for hoodies for $5. I purchased 2 sweatpants and 3 hoodies for a total of $27.90. Every time I tried to check my order status using my order number and email, it would say “order not found”. After waiting two weeks, I tried calling them in the number listed on the website and it said the number is not in service. I emailed the support email address and no one responded. When I typed the address in Google, the business does not come up. I am disputing the transaction with my bank now. My items never arrived.
