I placed in order on comfy styles website Dec 3. Received confirmation email. You need the Shop app to track the order but nothing has shipped. Calls go straight voicemail with no return call. Emails bounce right back.

Saw an advertisement for the website on tiktok and the comment were disabled on their video. Purchased an item by entering my shipping address and card information. Received confirmation email and followed up 14 business days later as the item still had not been shipped. All my emails to their support email were immediately sent back as undeliverable. One month later and there have been no updates, receipt of product, or any additional communication from Comfy Styles.
