I ordered a holiday sweater from Comfyboutiques Boutique, but it arrived three weeks later than expected, and the quality was poor. I spent $45 on a sweater that I believe is worth only $5. The description and quality of the sweater were extremely misleading. When I contacted customer service to initiate a return within the 45-day return policy, they refused to process my return and refund my money. It seems that Comfyboutiques Boutique has a pattern of doing this, as indicated in various online forums.
