Order a double breasted overcoat 11/1/2019. Contacted around 12/1/2019 regarding delivery. Responses were the company mailing was delayed and it would be expedited. Several emails in December response the same. Received a cost valued at $19.00. Credit card had DHSK Int'l Ltd as company name. Packaging has name and address listed above. Please help. Forwarded to FBI for fraud waste and abuse.
