This is not a real company/website. I placed an order and received a shipping confirmation with several tracking numbers a few days later. However, the tracking information for each link was invalid. After no genuine tracking information was provided after two weeks of refreshing, I contacted the company. After a week of asking, they refused to provide a status update on the order or refund the money and simply said they would "refer it to the appropriate team." I have yet to hear back from anyone at the company with a resolution. After doing research on this company (which I should have done before making the purchase), I discovered that this has happened to many other people.

I ordered 4 pair of Comfy Kicks on November 27 and have yet to receive them. The tracking information they provided does not give me any information on where the package is. When I email them, all they tell me is that it takes 3-5 days for processing and 8-12 days for shipping. I can see now on the reviews that everyone has the same experience.
