Ad was in my Facebook feed and looked totally legit. It was for a self-cleaning litter box. I googled the company and there was nothing negative. I did receive a confirmation email of the order but the link to view the order went nowhere. No response to the customer service email which I listed above. That was in October and as of the end if December I still have not received the self-cleaning litter box. I did, however, receive a super cheap food dish from China, do not sure what that’s all about. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. IT IS A SCAM.
