We received your application and we are pleased to inform you that the only position available in our organization for now is to be a consultant as we are doing our Mid Year Research Program; but before we share the scope of the position with you, we would like to tell you a little about us and what we do.

JOB SCOPE & SCHEDULE

When it comes to data collection and research, Facility Connect offers a national network of experienced professionals trained to assist you in making informed marketing decisions.
Our national network enables you to conduct studies in both primary and secondary markets with one call and one contact.
Your job as a consultant will involve researching a company and reviewing the company's services. You will write a review and report your findings to the home office. We use these reviews and research to better provide consulting services for our clients. The training section are in two stages which are to be made over a period of one week. You will receive a commission of $400 per week for the research. Being accepted for the training doesn't mean you're already hired; it all depends on the quality of your reports.
After the training period you will receive all the needed documents to fill and sign then we will follow up by creating you on our W3 Payroll tax form, and from that point you will receive assignments on regular basis and you will be placed on Monthly Salary.
The Position permits you to perform one assignment per day, 15 hrs per week except Sundays. You will have to let us know your optimal times available, and also each research does not take more than 30 minutes to complete which means you can have this job as a part-time job.
During your one week training period, the first set of research you have to do will be at locations in your area, within 10 miles from you. The task is to go there as a customer and use their service(s). The funds to use will be provided for you. You have to be very natural but at the same time focus on small details as we need a comprehensive report from you.

After filing out information, received the second & third emails, basically congratulating for being accepted. The fourth email was:
Your training as a researcher commences today and to that effect, you will be receiving a paycheck which includes your research allowance and funds you will be needing to make relevant researches.
The paycheck is in the amount of $3580.70 issued from our partner company and it will be delivered by USPS with tracking # 9470101699320032156651.
Once you receive it, you are required to DEPOSIT it in your account for funds to be processed for clearance by your bank. After making deposit, I want you to provide me with the following information;
(i) Name of your Bank and Address
(ii) Name of the teller that attended to you
(iii) How can you rate her customer service efficiency (Ranging from ratio 1: 7) : (1). Very Poor (2). Poor (3). Unprofessional (4). Good (5). Very Good (6). Professional (7). Excellent
(iv) Describe your bank in one world.
(v) Were you issued a deposit ticket ? if Yes, scan it across while making your report.
