I applied for a Janitor position on ziprecruiter.com with an employer MCS LLC and received a phone call the following day from someone from Commercial Cleaning Professionals namely Natasha Reynolds (first red flag). She immediately started telling me about the amount of money I could make and I'll need to come to an interview tomorrow and bring $200 for a sprinkler certificate. I was unavailable for that date and had to reschedule, I arrived at my appointment on April 5, 2018 and was told to hang on for a Mr. Paul. Finally it was my time to be interviewed after two people and one was waiting to go in after me. The small office I was taken into was suspicious (second red flag), no formal introduction was given, rather Mr. Paul immediately started telling me about the costing for all the certificates I'll need to get an assistant superintendent position ($900). The paperwork I was filling out was looking like something retrieved online (third red flag, it was later shredded before me). No eye contact was being made and he had no receipts or documents with a company logo or information on them (fourth red flag). After much contemplation, while at the ATM making a withdrawal of the $200 he requested, I went to him and expressed that I'm no longer interested and that the business seems shady (to which he smiled).

Commercial Cleaning Professionals also using name MCS LLC posting at www.ziprecruiter.com that they looking for a superintendent,

I applied for the job and they called me next day that they want me to come over for the job interview but i need S-12 S-13 and P-99 certification, I told them that I don't have P-99 (low pressure boiler certification) so they told me to bring $200 cash or check (no credit/debit cards) in order to get P-99 certification from them...

Only FDNY are allowed to give this certification by passing the exam and cost $25

I knew that something is wrong but I went for the interview on March 24 at 12PM at 125 Park Ave 25th floor NY 11205

They told me right away that "we need to start on my P-99 certification" and asked me to pay them $200 to get one,

when I asked them any details about the job I applied they won't give me any information and told me to call person that contact me for interview 212-951-1582

When I call and i told them that I won't pay anything until I see the job details she told me "I'm sorry but this job is already taken"

They never have this or any other jobs, they posting fake job advertisement to get people and sell them all kind of certifications, training and courses, it's illegal to sell P-99 certification for $200
