I bought 2 magical Xmas trees in august2021 and they have not been delivered I have been scammed over 64.00 and I don't know what to do and they will not reply to emails and saying emails unavailable what can I do I'm fuming it's a lot of money I don't know what to do no more I suffer with mental health and anxiety and these were mine and my disabled mams trees I ordered what can I do

On October 12.2021 I bought a Magical Christmas tree. Order Nr.202110121457878485. At this moment I don't receive my tree… I want my tree or my money back. If you don't send me tree, I go to FCC for complaint because you use Internet for sale… And my lawyer is pending for your response.

IT HAS BEEM SEND ANOTHER PLACE AND THEY KEPT IT. I have spoken to Canada Post the confirm this, please reimburse me. This is the item that I thought we were ordering from this company called Comminao. It was labeled as a 6ft. remote control Christmas tree with lights. After waiting for over a month for it and trying to track it, I find out that it was delivered to us, but, clearly not what we ordered or expected!!!!! Instead I decided to look at the package I received with a sticker of a Christmas tree inside and to my disbelief, the original label for the company was covered with another label and I realized it was the same tracking number... We were Deceived by False Advertising and we paid $38.00 for a sticker!!!! Now I am trying to get our money back with no luck...
