My name is ****** **** and I work at the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne. I received a voicemail from a lady who was contacted after she went on our website to inquire about grant funding. She stated that she received a phone call from phone number 1-213-204-8252 stating that she would need to give them $61 via a credit card for her to receive funding. They also asked for her driver's license and mailing address. She didn't have the money to give them. They stated that she would be able to pass the $61 fee now and pay $100 once she received her grant.
