Has a legit looking website, and sale contract, asks for full payment up front through a cash app like CashApp, Zelle, PayPal. Claims he will ship puppies next day, but then nothing ever comes of it. He apparently also has a other website where he says he's selling Akita puppies, and there are several reviews about that website being a scam as well.
