Received official looking form and return envelope. The original envelope has a WARNING box in the lower left stating fines for interfering with delivery of this piece of mail. The notice incorrectly places my property in another county. There is no phone number or street address for this company. Also, everything they offer is also available at the tax office and given to me when I signed my contract, so no need to pay to receive it again, in the first place. They make it sound like you really need these papers from them.
