The "representatives" claimed to work for Xfinity, and pretended to send a "signal to my router" which they said a tech would need to come out but they needed my full card on file in the case that it was the equipment they would have to charge $150 (could've been more as far I know. They did not give me a date/time frame after I gave my card info (which is when I became suspicious) so I asked for it and the rep made up one, as soon as I caught wind I locked my bank card.. I called back 3 times they guy hung up, they even called me by my maiden name which is not on my account. This is extremely alarming because when you google Xfinity they were at the top of the list.
