THE SCAMMER IS USING QVC PRODUCTS AND HAVE STORE FORNT PICTURE AS IF THE QVC OUTLET STORE, OFFERING DEALS AND AS IF THEIR LINK TO QVC

Through an Instagram ad, I purchased deeply discounted items. I was notified that items were shipped and delivered - these items were never delivered. I did receive a ring I never ordered with the return address: XBR 3022 NE Cornelius Pass Rd Hillsboro OR 97124. I am unsure if that is related.
