This company / scammer continues to contact our clients and others attempting to sell "contact information, phone numbers, emails, etc" to other businesses but says they are with our company.

This company has used the same name and logo of a legitimate company that I have dealt with for a yr. When I went on the website to renew my subscription this company acted as the real Apollo Group company. When I realized at the point of payment something was not right I immediately cancelled the Bitcoin payment before confirming the transaction. Never the less the cash app allowed it to go through. I have since tried this company for 4 days through their chat button and no one will respond to me. They occasionally have a bot answer but then don’t reply back to you with any live interaction. They say their subscribers can cancel but there is no way to communicate with them to cancel. In some instances they say you cannot cancel if pd with Bitcoin but yet their subscription says cancel any time. They don’t take anything but cryptocurrency.

This website popped up with the Black Friday sales. I checked it out and because of the name, I expected items to be pretty cheap. So I just recently moved into an Assisted Living, retirement community. I am a disabled vet and came with nothing and needed everything. So I purchased a few items for my apartment. I decided to check on my delivery, because everything else was arriving but, the items purchased from this bargain bonanza. The website doesn't pull up anymore and I've tried researching but come up empty handed. So I reached out to the BBB.

I found an ad for discounted returned items from amazon being sold as bulk pallet purchases. Looked at comments from social media and it seemed legit from people showing what they received and the company was responding and stating their address. I ordered through the link and after I got a bad feeling so I called the company directly and I asked about the sale and she said that was not them and someone is using their company as a front and has been dealing with this scam for a while now.
