Mspy.com uses highly deceptive methods to encourage purchases of their software which purport to provide surveillance on your child’s device. The description seems to describe that their software will work, they have able tech support assistance and in the event of dissatisfaction -there is a 14 day moneyback offer. When it was determined that my device was not compatible with their software – they refused to refund my money. This was the same day that the purchase was processed. After refusing to refund my money, they directed me to their terms and conditions – which essentially exclude any legitimate reason whatsoever for cancellation. Their moneyback guarantee is bogus and deceptive – there are no circumstances, apparently under which they will give money back.

Prospective purchasers should beware.
