I places an or #1427 $48.97 months ago and still have NOT received my item, can't get a hold of anyone the website shows error, is there a phone number to this company?

I placed a purchase for two Janome HD3000 sewing machines, after finding them in a google search. The ad showed a picture of a black sewing machine and described it has Janome HD3000. After going to Paypal to download my receipt for my records, I noticed that at the bottom of the title of the item, it said "mini sewing machine"; which is far different from what I ordered. I reached out to the vendor immediately, through the email they sent my confirmation from; which went unanswered. I tried almost everyday since, then finally realized it was clearly a non-working email. I did some more research and that's when I found their email ":[email protected]". I sent my request to that email and finally someone responded. I told them the same thing as my first email to the non-responsive email address, if they were not the machines I was told I'd be receiving per their online description, that I do not want it. They replied with, "Dear customer, Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the item. This product is our own brand and the quality is very good. If you have any question, please feel free to tell me. Have a nice day! Customer Service Department". Honestly, I don't care how good the product is, if it's not the product a consumer is intending to purchase, yet that's what you are advertising, it's theft by deception! I'm not sure how this stuff still actually takes place and these folks are allowed to continue these online crimes without being punished or facing some legal ramifications, but it has truly created a lack of confidence in my governments ability to protect us from these predatory acts. I haven't received my money nor have I received the items to be able to return them and again, it's been almost one month.
