I took paid 9.95 after receiving an email stating I had been invited to a loan by JPL and that I have to pay 100 to get my 5000. I knew this [censored] seemed fishy but was hoping I had maybe come across one of those wealthy families that could do that sort of thing based on their discretion per individual and like with all secret groups or organizations there is a fee. Now I am curious if anyone has sent the referral fee yet and what happened because I have seen no one say they have. I also wonder how this website can have been around this long scamming and not have bad reviews all over the web or as t least shutdown? Has ANYBODY paid that referral to see what happened? And who are those in the testimonials?

I was also scammed by these people they seem to have changed their name a little bit because I did my research before I sent them the $9.95, but what threw me off was that he came through ez loan. and cause I was dumb enough to send my drivers license also but I did not give them my credit card information or my Social Security number but I researched them before I paid the $9.95 and they are using a different name in conjunction with EZ loan company and they also calling me. JPL. and they using consumer credit USA.com so when I researched that it was like coming up and said it was a legit company but I went back when they started asking me for $75 for $5000 loan and I realize OK this can’t be legitimate, and I went to researching all the names on the email.

I made an attempt to get a loan these fools attempt the same thing with me but I thought it was fishy so I decide to take a look on the internet and research them a little bit more I came across all of these complaints this company is a tour of fraud and scam no one no one I repeat no one should take alone or try to attempt to take a loan from them because you would never get it fortunate for me I did not pay them any money

damn scammers and thieves needed a loan bad and this is what i get. I should have known better than to try going through this damn internet. I WANT MY !%)!) money back plus for compensation the $15000. Im letting the Federal Trade Commision know as well.

Thank you everyone! I received an approval from this company and they requested that I send 9.95 to a third party to complete full verification however I have never heard of sending money to verify an approval for a loan so i started to do my research on both the above companies before sending ANY MONEY!

I am truly sorry for all of you who sent money and was scammed, I pray that your identities and bank accounts are not comprised. However please know that your reviews did save someone(me) from falling prey. May God bless you all in spite of what has happen.

I'm been searching for a loan and this place said I needed to be verified by another company for 9.95 cent , my [censored] paid it and now they have said I'm verified( I'm sure I am now that you have my name address bank account info debit card number and social security number) now in order for me to get the 15,000 guaranteed loan from place guarantee I have to pay them $175 bucks before that for referral fee. I'm so pissed off right now. I straight handed these a holes my whole damn profile on a silver platter

Oh no ! I too was scanned...I fell for the 9.95 in desperation of a loan. This seemed too good to be true. I will gladly testify if a law suit is done

Was sent to their site via email, while trying to apply for a loan. Neither was legit. Was charged $10 for a fake identity verification. The phone number listed is just a recording telling you to text or email them, it’s not monitored and doesn’t accept voice mail.

or you can TEXT the document to: 307-621-8075) This happened yesterday 4/26/23. I want in on any lawsuit and I'll help in any way

I did as they asked! Sent a copy of my license which worries me now, paid the $9.95 and waited I should have followed my instincts or check first! So now my license info is out there ! Knew better to pay anything up front!😡😡 Praying they don’t use my license for any other fraudulent crap. So do not I repeat send them anything! Thank God i charged the $9 on a maxed credit card they won’t get anything from there! And I will be closely monitoring my credit report

I just started a process with this company a couple of days ago, and I too shelled out $9.95 only to be told that I was "Guaranteed " a loan, but will have to pay $75 on a $2,500 loan @ 8.75% ...not to mention I don't know the monthly payments? So, I thank each and every one of you for the savings of my "Borrowed " $75.

I paid for the verification process $9.95. They had guaranteed that I was approved for $5000. When verification process was done they said I had to pay a $100 fee. That’s when I realized this was most likely a scam. I did not pay the $100.

I was asked to pay for a credit verification of 9:95 Via PayPal. I did and was told it passed then I needed to pay another 100 to get my loan. I stopped there.

The firm guaranteed me an approved loan of $50,000. as long as I could: 1) Verify who I was by going through a third party website that charged me $9.95 to send them a copy of my State I.D. 2) verification of income and 3) My agreement to the terms of the loan agreement.

I completed every requirement that they presented to me only to be taken to a webpage that would require me to pay a $300. Referral fee to continue.

I have a degree in finance and worked the field enough years to know a scam when I see it. Referral fees or origination fees are quite legal however they are to be paid out of the proceeds of the loan and are never legal to be required up front or as a condition of approval. Another legal issue that will be facing this firm is that as a loan originator or a referrer to a loan, it is illegal to negotiate terms of the loan which they evidently do as evidenced by their terms to referral fee amount to pay conditions.

They initially have you complete an online application form then give you a guaranteed loan approval that is conditioned only upon the 3 things mentioned above. Then they throw in ,now after spending money and time waiting for the verification process to complete, that you have to pay $300. to go through the process all over again with various other lenders and the loan and the terms you had just agreed to are not guaranteed nor is your loan approved because SURPRISE they are not a lender. I am willing to testify and have already taken screenshots of every page in this process and am willing to work with any prosecutors that wish to prosecute this firm and I would be willing to join a class action lawsuit with any other consumers out there who may have fallen prey to their scam.

Well, at least I stopped at only losing 9.95. This whole process of trying to find a legitimate lender when you have less than perfect credit is really exhausting. It makes me have much less faith in the decency of people! Anyway, thanks!
