I saw an ad on Pinterest for Magnetique hair growth and I did some quick google searches and found that some people found it useful. It is meant to help you grow your hair very long. They had a free trial where you only pay for shipping according to them. However, when I was checking out, there would be a product on the page and a button on the bottom that said continue to checkout. Instead of just continuing to checkout, it added each of these items to your order and did not ask for confirmation before charging you. I immediately called customer service and tried to get them to cancel it. They told me I could not cancel anything because the order had already been processed, yet it did not come for multiple days. I called a second time, I was told they cancelled one of the add-on products and I would receive a refund. I also asked about getting a full refund for the other product which they said upon receiving, I could call and they would have me ship it back and there would be no extra fees and a full refund would take place. Instead, a few days later I received the 2 unapproved add-on items and the original item in the mail. I called and said that I had been told it was cancelled and they told me it had not and since I received it they would not process a refund. They told me that they could give me 45% back, but if I shipped it back they would have to charge 12.95 for re-stocking. They also set it up so that the purchases are re-occuring but do not ask for your consent on this either. They also do not warn you and would significantly up charge you for the next order
