so, I called myself to plumber to fixed it.
The second problem was on June, AC was out, I called to Complete Care Home Warranty of new Claim, they takes new claim but never finished claim. it was 6/18/2022 for AC claim. I waited for a week for someone to come to see the AC but nobody come out or called.
I called then warranty company said that called the local company then they will re-inverser money to me. so called local company,
I called the warranty company when the AC guy was come to fix my AC at my home, the warranty company said that they are lunch time so they can't get answer the phone. AC fixed with my money, I send the received to Warranty company 3-4 time already, I called more then 10 times. The operators said they will tell them to managers.
I think that is there Strategy or pattern.
get the claims then they said not cover by warranty or call local company then pay back later, then never pay pack
they are waiting until I am not calling because it is tire.
