I purchased a neck relaxer massager and never could get my money back I bought it through PayPal and I thought I would be safe buying it that way but they wasn’t any help at all. I emailed them over and over and it was lie after lie to no avail. They gave PayPal some type of address you can’t even mail it back to them I went to postal office and they didn’t have address or such there is no phone number but they use a New York address, it’s to small to go around my neck like it’s made for kids the box was already torn apart when I got it and I’ve tried since I received it before Christmas. They’ve already have your money and you’re not getting it back!
