This is a shipping company that reached out to pay for "refundable insurance fee", which was paid. Once that fee was paid, they sent another email requesting a "stamp fee" which was never mentioned in the original email. The email stated once the insurance fee was paid then the item will be shipped. They are now refusing to refund the "refundable insurance fee" and stated "that's not how it works." They are scamming people out of money and refusing to refund any part of the money that was sent to them.
